M3B Sidestream Deep Denitrification and Phosphorus Removal Process
The core of sidestream deep nitrogen and phosphorus removal process is to modify the sludge products of sludge cracking and carbonization process into powder carrier that can be efficiently loaded with microorganisms, and add them to the biochemical system of the sewage plant, to form a biochemical system combining the activated sludge and biofilm methods, with the help of carbon-rich magnetic bio-char with micrometer-sized pores, flow simulation system, precise aeration system, magnetic recovery system, to improve the biochemical efficiency of the whole biochemical system. With the help of carbon rich magnetic biochar with micron-sized pores, flow field simulation system, precise aeration system and magnetic recycling system, the biochemical efficiency of the whole biochemical system can be improved.
